Procurement Notification of China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project

******有限公司航空服务部(以下简称“采购人”)现对南航机组人员异地驻勤保障车辆项目进行谈判采购采购。

China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew transportation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details:

1、项目简介

Project Introduction

1.1项目名称：纽约驻勤车辆服务采购项目。

Project Name：Aircrew Transportation service procurement in the city of New York.

1.2项目编号：CZ******05。

Project Number：CZ******05

1.3采购数量：本次采购1家合作供应商，通过符合性审查供应商数量达不到计划采购数量的情况，按实际通过的个数推荐。

Quantity：Only one candidate will be s-elected for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned s-elect quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number.

1.4 服务内容：本项目为南航异地驻勤机组所需车辆接送服务采购，入围供应商需遵守南航机组保障安全、服务管理规定，为南航机组提供车辆保障服务；关注南航航班计划，根据航班计划做好接送机服务。

Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew Transportation service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines.

1.5 报价要求：

General requirements of Quotation

车辆保障标准

Transportation

1.提供纽约机场至纽约协议酒店之间车辆保障服务，安排专车按航班运行时间接送机组。客机机组车服务限价315美元/单程（含税）；货机机组车服务限价175美元/单程（含税）。

Dedicated transportation service from JFK Airport to JFK Hotel .The ceiling price of the transportation service is USD315 (taxes included) per single trip for passenger flight crew. USD175 (taxes included) per single trip for cargo flight crew.

本项目报价均为含税价。本项目采用框架（无固定总金额）采购模式。谈判人必须对全部内容进行报价，如有缺漏或超过最高限价（单价）的报价，将导致报价无效。本次采购金额和数量为预估数据，采购人有权按实际需要调整，并按实际数量进行结算。合同期内的采购数量可能会有所增减，固定单价不再进行相应调整。

The price of this project is inclusive of tax.This project adopts the framework (no fixed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.

1.6 服务地点：纽约

Location: New York

1.7 合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具体起始时间以双方签署合同内容为准。

Contract duration: 2 years from the effective date of Agreement

2、供应商资格要求

Supplier qualification

2.1 供应商必须是当地注册的公司，具备当地政府承认合法有效的资质文件。

Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid license.

2.2 供应商应当购买相关保险且保额能够覆盖在履行合同义务过程中可能产生的任何索赔。

Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.

2.3 车辆供应商须负责所在地国际机场候机楼往返酒店的交通服务，保证机组一人一座，同时车辆可容纳机组行李，专车按约定时间接送机组。

Supplier shall be responsible for the transportation service back and forth the JFK Airport to JFK Hotel and ensure that each crew has one seat. At the same time, the vehicle can accommodate the crew's luggage, and the supplier will pick up and d-rop off the crew at the agreed time.

2.4 ******集团“限制交易供应商名单”且仍在限制期内的法人或其他组织不得参与本次谈判。

Legal person (The Owner of supplier) or other organizations who is listed in the "restricted list of suppliers" of Airline and still within the restricted period shall not participate in this tender.

2.5 ******集团“禁止交易企业名单”的企业，不得参与本次谈判。

The Supplier who is listed in the “prohibited list of trading” of Airline shall not participate in this tender.
